Malcolm Edwards, Client Relationship Director at Davies, was among a select group of key note speakers who gave a presentation to delegates at the BDMA 10th Annual Conference held at Chesford Grange near Warwick on 3rd December.
In his presentation ‘The Complexities of an Ever Changing Marketplace’ Malcolm discussed how the role of the Loss Adjusters have had to change and adapt and would continue to evolve to meet the demands of both Insurers and Customers.
The key focus for the future of loss adjusting was the need for greater specialisation, improved communication, risk and reward and innovation by use of technology and service delivery.
